Privacy Policy

This policy explains the limited data practices of the current pre-release version of The Warm Sip and the checks required before new services are introduced.

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Current site features

The current preview does not provide user accounts, comments, purchases, newsletters, or public contact forms. No advertising or analytics code is active. The site does not ask visitors to submit names, email addresses, payment details, or health information.

Hosting and server logs

When the site is publicly deployed, its hosting and security providers may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include requested pages, timestamps, browser or device information, referring pages, and network addresses. The final policy will identify the services actually enabled at launch rather than treating planned services as active.

Cookies and local storage

The current site does not intentionally set advertising, analytics, account, or preference cookies. Essential infrastructure may still use technical measures required for security or delivery once the public hosting configuration is known. Any material change will be documented here.

External links

Articles may link to government agencies, universities, medical institutions, and other third-party sources. Those websites operate under their own privacy practices, and The Warm Sip does not control the information they collect after a visitor follows an external link.

Before advertising is enabled

If advertising is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before ad code is activated. The update must explain the providers in use and relevant technologies such as cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers. Advertising is not enabled during this phase.

Policy changes and questions

The effective date will be updated when this policy changes materially. A verified contact method and the final hosting disclosures must be added and reviewed before public launch.

Release requirement: this draft is operational site copy, not legal advice. It must be checked against the actual production services and reviewed before public launch.
